Registration

To register for the 2023 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting (AMR), complete and submit the online registration form. Use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser for best results.

Everyone who attends any portion of the AMR, including invited presenters and reviewers, must register in advance of the meeting.

A registration fee will be charged for in-person attendance to offset meeting costs. Reviewers will receive a promotion code that will allow them to register at no charge.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Full refunds will be honored for cancellations requested on or before May 4, 2023. After May 4, 2023, no requests for refunds will be honored. However, transferring your registration to an individual within the same organization is allowed.

Accessing the AMR Attendee Hub

The AMR Attendee Hub meeting website is now open. Both in-person and remote attendees may use Attendee Hub to build a personalized session schedule, view presentations, and more. For those attending remotely, we encourage you to log in ahead of time to establish your connection, familiarize yourself with the schedule, and add sessions to your calendar.

To access the AMR Attendee Hub:

  • Use Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge as your browser to ensure the best experience.
  • Enter your first name, last name, and the email address you used to register for the meeting.
  • A verification code will be sent to the mobile number and email you entered when registering. Enter the verification code to enter the meeting website.

More information about using the AMR Attendee Hub website and participating in the meeting is provided in the KnowB4UGo email sent to all registered attendees. A Daily AMR Brief email containing this information will also be sent to attendees each day of the meeting.
